John 7:53 - 8:11  There are over 100 manuscripts that do not contain this section of the woman caught in adultery. One manuscript in the 5 Century contains this section. This means that there is one Greek Manuscript in the from the first 8 centuries that contain this text. After making this clear, I try and show how consistant this story is with what we know about Jesus from the other passages.
